CONCESSIONAIRE APPLICATION

ARTISTS: 
Approximately 200 fine arts and fine crafts artisans are selected to exhibit and sell their work during the Fair. Only Texas resident artists and crafters who produce and sell their own original works may participate. A team of two applicants may apply, provided both are actively involved in the work. The exhibitor must be present and open during all advertised hours of the Fair and must display only the medium in which their application was accepted. No manufactured, mass-produced or molded items are allowed.

 

 

EMERGING TEXAS ARTIST STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM:

The Emerging Texas Artist Scholarship Program is administered through participating Texas universities and colleges.  Students are required to submit an application to TACEF that may be sent with their school's participation form or individually.  If you have problems downloading the form, please contact us at 830-896-5711 and we will email or send the form via regular mail.

 

 

CONCESSIONAIRE:
Concessionaires will be invited to participate through the Foundation office. Duplication of food items is avoided whenever possible. Requirements are:

  • Possess a Texas food handlers license

  • Pass Kerrville Health Inspection Codes

  • Certificate of General Liability and Automobile Insurance showing TACEF as additional insured

  • Send photo of booth (Must be clean and in good repair)

  • Send list of items you wish to sell, the size of the product, and price of each item

 

DEMONSTRATOR:
Educational skills with hands-on activities are demonstrated during all hours of the Fair. Demonstrators may not actively sell products in their booth. In exchange, the demonstrator receives:

  • A stipend

  • A dormitory room, if they travel more than 45 miles

ENTERTAINMENT:
Several stages/areas provide a variety of entertainment during the Fair. Entertainment is upbeat and geared to family audiences.
