Rules:

1. Each contestant must register and pay there registration fee

2. Each contestant must be available for all sessions:

3. Contestants may accompany themselves with an instrument or music CD

           2.  Pay $20 Registration Fee to TACEF, either by mail or Paypal

           3.  Check in at River Star Arts Event Park by 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 23, 2008

           4.  Be available for Preliminaries & Finals
