The Texas Arts and Crafts Educational Foundation, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization exists to promote the appreciation of fine art and craft skills and provide educational opportunities to Texas artists and art students by providing scholarships, fellowships, demonstrations and workshops in the visual and creative art fields.
